Existing approved building blocks

Approved source designs remain references. A saved rejection, including sign-in, remains visible until the implementation is corrected and reviewed. All 23 account-home compositions stay preserved. Notices and recovery states use their working customer components. Policies and articles share a reader. The clinic finder is reused across account and public views.

Approving a representative applies to the named composition only. A workspace is green when all of its compositions are approved. It does not certify payments, document processing, clinical permissions or every data condition. Those remain implementation and service tests.
